Ingredients
- 4 c. thinly-sliced carrots washed, peeled
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 c pineapple juice
- 1 banana sliced
- 1/2 c crushed pineapple
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients
- Cook approximately 10 minutes or until the carrots are nice and tender
- Add pineapple and the sliced banana
- Cook an additional 3 minutes ( or so)
- Gently stir to glaze carrots
- Serve hot
