Lemon is one of my absolutely favorite ingredients. In my opinion, you just can’t go wrong with any lemon-centered dish!

How to Make Lemon Pupdding Cake

Lemon Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25 oz) box lemon cake mix
  • 1 3.4 oz box lemon instant pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ Cup Salad Oil* (vegetable oil, light olive oil, etc...)
  • 1 Cup water

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 450°
  • Prepare a small tube (bundt) pan with grease
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly
  • Pour into pan
  • Bake at 450° for 20 minutes
  • Reduce heat to 375° and bake an additional 15 minutes
  • Allow to cool. Top with a vanilla or lemon frosting

Notes

*Salad oil is a blanket term for any oil used in salad dressings.  Typically a light olive oil, sunflower oil, or vegetable oil.  Can be any fairly bland vegetable oil.
