How to Make Lemon Pupdding Cake
Lemon Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- 1 (15.25 oz) box lemon cake mix
- 1 3.4 oz box lemon instant pudding
- 4 large eggs
- ½ Cup Salad Oil* (vegetable oil, light olive oil, etc...)
- 1 Cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°
- Prepare a small tube (bundt) pan with grease
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly
- Pour into pan
- Bake at 450° for 20 minutes
- Reduce heat to 375° and bake an additional 15 minutes
- Allow to cool. Top with a vanilla or lemon frosting
Notes
*Salad oil is a blanket term for any oil used in salad dressings. Typically a light olive oil, sunflower oil, or vegetable oil. Can be any fairly bland vegetable oil.
