Quick Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon (or oher meat of choice) cut in small pieces
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 carrot, chopped finely
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- ½ head cabbage
- 1 large egg, scrambled
- 1 Cup cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Brown/cook meat and onion in the soy sauce
- Mix in celery and carrots, cook additional 2 minutes
- Mix in cabbage
- Cook just until the cabbage is hot
- Mix in egg, and rice
- Season to taste
- Serve
