How to Make Crumb Cake

STEP 1: Prepare 7×11 cake pan with grease, set aside

STEP 2: Preheat oven to 375F

STEP 3: In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt

STEP 4: In separate bowl, mix beaten eggs with milk

STEP 5: Cut butter into dry ingredient mix

STEP 6: Reserve one cup, and set aside

STEP 7: Combine egg/milk mixture with dry ingredient mixture

STEP 8: Mix well

STEP 9: Pour into cake pan and top with reserved mixture
