This recipe calls for Win Schuler’s Bar-Scheeze. As far as I can tell, Win Schuler’s Bar-Scheeze is either no longer available or difficult to purchase. But this is just a pub cheese. You can use my pub cheese recipe or purchase through Amazon, Target, and Walmart.

Hot Crab Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Cup milk
- ½ Cup Win Schuler's Bar-Scheeze* (Pub Cheese)
- ¾ Cup cooked crab meat
- ⅛ Cup dry white wine
Instructions
- Over medium heat, melt buter
- Stir in the flour
- Add milk, stir until thick
- Add cheese, wine, and crab meat
- Stir together until well combined
- Serve with your choice of cut vegetalbes, crackers, or bread
