How to Make Apple Cheese Loaf

Apple Cheese Loaf

Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 45 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 5 minutes
Servings 1 loaf

Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup butter
  • ½ Cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Cup finely chopped tart apples
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • Cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ Cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • In large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar
  • Add in eggs and beat
  • Mix in all dry ingredients
  • Stir in apples, and milk
  • Stire in cheese and walnuts
  • Grease an 8x4x2 bread loaf pan
  • Pour mixture into pan
  • Bake approximately 45 minutes
