How to Make Keebler Soft Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies
Equipment
- large mixing bowls
Ingredients
- 5 Cup All-purpose flour
- 1 lb butter softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp molasses
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 Cup water
- 1 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375
- In large bowl, cream butter, eggs, molasses, vanilla, and water
- In separate bowl, sift flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and sugars
- Combine both bowls. Mix and then fold in chocolate chips
- Spoon into 1-inch balls onto ungreased baking sheet
- Bake until light brown around the edges. Approximately 8 minutes
