STEP 1: Preheat oven to 400F

STEP 2: Prepare 9 x 13 baking dish

STEP 3: Mix peppers, pineapple, soy sauce, chicken broth, lemon zest, orange zest, ginger, and curry

STEP 4: Place yams on bottom of baking dish

STEP 5: Spread vegetable mix over yams

STEP 6: Sear ham in hot skillet, 30 seconds per side (optional)
