Meal Planning
Meal planning helps to cut out the guesswork (and the stress) from deciding what to eat each day. Not only can meal planning help to save money, stress, and time – but it can help if you’re trying to trim a few pounds as you hold yourself more accountable for the food and meals available and consumed each day.
When I walk into a grocery store with a meal plan, I am less likely to buy foods that I won’t eat as well as buy food that is more healthy for me. Will that be true for everyone? No – but it helps keep me in check in a lot of areas. It also keeps me from stressing at 2:00 pm when I haven’t decided on a meal and I have nothing ready to begin making.
