In large bowl, mix milk, and egg
In separate bowl, sift flour, garlic salt, paprika, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Mix well
Dredge chicken, piece by piece through flour mix
Then dip into milk mixture
Dredge through flour mixture again
In large skillet, pour in ¾ inch of oil and heat to 365°
Place chicken in hot oil, cooking until brown
Reduce heat to 275°
Continute to cook, uncovered, approximately 25 minutes
Chicken is done when its internal temperature is 165°
Remove from oil with tongs, and drain on rack or paper towels
