4 tablespoons baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2-1/3 cups shortening
In bowl, mix together everything except the shortening.
Once mixed, cut in the shortening.
