Ingredients

  • ½ - 1 Cup nuts, coarsley chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Maraschino cherries, finely chopped
  • 1 9 oz can of crushed pineappled, drained
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • ¾ Cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • tsp salt
  • 2 medium bananas, mashed

Instructions

  • In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir gently but thoroughly.
  • Scoop in 12 cupcake pan liners
  • Freeze
  • Serve plain or in lettuce cups
