In a large bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly
Pour into pan
Bake at 450° for 20 minutes
Reduce heat to 375° and bake an additional 15 minutes
Allow to cool. Top with a vanilla or lemon frosting

*Salad oil is a blanket term for any oil used in salad dressings. Typically a light olive oil, sunflower oil, or vegetable oil. Can be any fairly bland vegetable oil.
