Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Hawaiian Bread (Round/Bowl)
  • 2 10 oz packages frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 2 packages vegetable soup mix
  • ½ Cup mayonnaise
  • ½ Cup sour cream
  • 1 8 oz can water chesnuts (sliced)

Instructions

  • Thaw, and drain spinach. Mix with vegetable soup mix.
  • Mix in mayonnaise, sour cream, and chestnuts.
  • Allow to sit and set for at least 4 hours.
  • Hollow out the center of the Hawaiian Bread - creating a bowl.
  • Spoon the dip mixture into the bread bowl.
  • Cube the removed bread
  • Place cubes in a separate dish or arranged around the bowl.
  • Use a knife to spread dip onto cubed bread to serve.
