all-purpose flour

baking soda

salt

cinnamon

granulated sugar

pecans, chopped (I left these out)

frozen strawberries, thawed (or fresh)

eggs, beaten

butter, melted
Frosting

powdered sugar

Tbsp
butter, melted

Tbsp
strawberry syrup

heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Bread
Preheat oven to 350℉
Prepare two loaf pans
In large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar
Mix in strawberries, eggs, and melted butter
Stir in pecans
Pour into prepared loaf pans
Bake approximately 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Frosting
2 Cups Powdered sugar
2 Tbsp Strawberry syrup
6+ Tbsp Heavy cream
In large bowl, mix together 1/4 Cup powdered sugar, 1 Tbsp syrup, and melted butter
Mix thoroughly, add 3 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
Mix in powdered sugar ¼ Cup at a time
Add heavy whipping cream until you reach the consistency you'd like
Stir in remaining tablespoon of syrup
Pour over baked bread
