Quick Fried Rice with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon (or oher meat of choice) cut in small pieces
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1 carrot, chopped finely
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • ½ head cabbage
  • 1 large egg, scrambled
  • 1 Cup cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • Brown/cook meat and onion in the soy sauce
  • Mix in celery and carrots, cook additional 2 minutes
  • Mix in cabbage
  • Cook just until the cabbage is hot
  • Mix in egg, and rice
  • Season to taste
  • Serve
