thinly-sliced carrots
washed, peeled

butter

Tbsp
dark brown sugar
1/4
tsp
salt
3/4
c
pineapple juice
1
banana
sliced
1/2
c
crushed pineapple
Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients
Cook approximately 10 minutes or until the carrots are nice and tender
Add pineapple and the sliced banana
Cook an additional 3 minutes ( or so)
Gently stir to glaze carrots
Serve hot
