granulated sugar

all-purpose flour

vanilla

bag of marshmallows

Cup
butter*
⅓
Cup
cocoa

Cup
pecans, chopped coarsely (optional)

eggs

salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°
In large bowl, cream butter, vanilla and sugar.
Add eggs, mix well
In a separate bowl, sift the flour and salt
Add to butter mixture and combine
Stir in pecans (optional ingredient)
Pour into a prepared 9x13 cake pan
Bake 30 minutes
Remove from oven and place marshmallows over top of cake
Place back in oven to melt marshmallows. Approximately 10 minutes
Remove from oven and allow to cool
Serve wwith whipped topping or chocolate sauce drizzled over top
