Baked Maple Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 8oz center cut pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • ½ Cup maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp cumin, ground
  • Cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • In large bowl, mix maple syrup, molasses, cumin, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper
  • Place pork chops inside of bowl, set asie to marinate for at least 30 minutes
  • Remove pork chops and place them in a shallow baking dish
  • Bake approximately 30 minutes, turning once and brushing with marinade several times
