Baked Maple Pork Chops

Ingredients

center cut pork chops, 1-inch thick
½
Cup
maple syrup

Tbsp
molasses
1
tsp
cumin, ground
⅓
Cup
Dijon mustard
2
Tbsp
cider vinegar
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
In large bowl, mix maple syrup, molasses, cumin, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper
Place pork chops inside of bowl, set asie to marinate for at least 30 minutes
Remove pork chops and place them in a shallow baking dish
Bake approximately 30 minutes, turning once and brushing with marinade several times
