butter

garlic

thyme

paprika

chicken stock

large lemon
juiced

large lemon
sliced
parsley
chopped for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉
Rinse fish, pat try
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, place in 9x13 pan
Set side
Over a medium heat, in a large skillet, heat oil then add butter, thyme, garlic, pepper, and paprika. Stir
Add chicken stock, and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Pour butter sauce over tilapia fillets
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Adjust timing for size of fillets. Fish will flake easily with fork when cooked
Sprinkle parsley over top and serve with slices of lemon on the side
