Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Prepare square baking dish (If you double the recipe, use 9x13. Some people also use round cake pans)
Mix together persimmon pulp, egg, salt, and sugar. Beat well
Mix in remaining ingredients
Bake approximately 1 hour
Notes
*In all of my research, it looks like the amount of flour can be unique to the consistency you prefer. I suggest using up to a cup of all-purpose-flour. Slowly add until you reach the consistency you want.
