Mix in pineapple, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and beaten egg
Melt butter, stir in cracker crumbs
Pour potatoe mixture inbo baking dish
Bake 20 minutes
Remove and sprinkle crumb mixture over potatoes
Bake additional 5 - 10 minutes

*If you don't want the egg, you could leave it out of my version of this recipeOriginal Instructions:Mash the sweet potatoes and mix in the pineapple, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar. Form into balls. Mix cracker crumbs and egg. Roll balls in the cracker crumb mixture. Fry/brown in a skillet of butter.
