Mother in Law's Toll House Pan Cookies
Ingredients
- 2½ Cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Cup softened butter
- ¾ Cup sugar
- ¾ Cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 12 ounce pkg chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl
- In separate bowl, mix butter, sugars, and vanilla extract until creamy. Beat in eggs.
- Slowly add dry mixture
- Mix well and then stir in chocolate chips
- Spread into prepared 15x10x1 baking pan
- Bake 20 - 25 minutes
