Separate eggs, and beat egg yolks slightly. Set egg whites and egg yolks aside.
In medium pan, stir together sugar, cornstarch, nd salt
Add 1 cup cranberry-apple juice. Stir over heat until thick and bubbly
Slowly add half of the hot cranberry-apple mixture into the beaten egg yolks. Pour back into saucepan.
Stir over heat additional 2 minutes
Mix in cranberry orange relish
In small bowl, mix egg whites, dry milk and ¼ cup cranberry-apple juice. Beat until stiff.
Fold into egg yolk mixure
Separate and pour into 8 molds or muffin cups lined with baking papers/cups.
Cover. Freeze until firm.
