Instructions
In skillet over low heat, melt butter
Add sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg to skillet
Stir continuously unti thick and bubbly
Peel bananas and slice as desired (length-wise or coin-sized)
Place sliced bananas into skillet
Turning once, cook up to 3 minutes
Serve warm with your choice of pairing: ice cream, French toast, whipped cream
