Maple Ham Peaches

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/2 Cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 lb. ground ham cooked
  • 6 peaches, halved (or 12 halves from can, drained)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • In large bowl, mix egg, bread crumbs, cloves, maple syrup, mustard, and ham
  • Shape ham into balls
  • Place ham balls into center of peach half
  • Place in shallow, prepared baking dish and bake 25 minutes
  • Baste a couple of times with extra maple syrup to prevent them from drying out.
