How to Make Maple Country Ham and Steak

Ingredients

center-slice smoked ham
fully cooked
1
small cabbage
chopped coarsely
3
medium cooking apples
washed cored and cut into wedges
1/4
Cup
butter

Tbsp
maple syrup
1/2
tsp
salt
Instructions
Over a medium heat, in an extra-large skillet, melt butter then add salt and cabbage.
Mix together and cook until cabbage is tender but still crisp. Approximately 5 minutes.
In a 9x13 baking pan, place cabbage on bottom and then line ham slices over top.
Place apple slices into the ham and cabbage.
Drizzle maple syrup over everything.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 350°F degrees.
Ham should be at 145°F and apples should be tender.
