Maple Shrimp and Chicken with Veggies

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2-3/4 Cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 Cup broccoli florets
  • 1/3 Cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp
  • 1/2 Cup carrots cut julienne
  • 1/2 Cup onions cut julienne
  • 1/2 Cup celery cut julienne
  • 1/2 Cup green pepper cut julienne

Instructions

  • Add a little oil to a large sauce pan,
  • When warm, add and sauté broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, onions, celery and green pepper
  • Mix in shrimp and chicken
  • Cook until shrimp and chicken are almost done
  • Stir in the maple syrup
  • Cook a few more minutes, until meat is done
  • Serve with white fluffy rice or over chow mein noodles
