chicken breast
cut into bite-size pieces

maple syrup

broccoli florets
1/3
Cup
mushrooms
sliced

shrimp
1/2
Cup
carrots
cut julienne
1/2
Cup
onions
cut julienne
1/2
Cup
celery
cut julienne

Cup
green pepper
cut julienne
Instructions
Add a little oil to a large sauce pan,
When warm, add and sauté broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, onions, celery and green pepper
Mix in shrimp and chicken
Cook until shrimp and chicken are almost done
Stir in the maple syrup
Cook a few more minutes, until meat is done
Serve with white fluffy rice or over chow mein noodles
