Ingredients

  • 1 Cup plain yogurt
  • ½ Cup milk
  • Cup maple syrup
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • tsp cinnamon (or just a pinch)
  • 2 - 3 ice cubes (or up to ½ cup smaller cubes)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender, liquids first, then banana, cinnamon, and ice
  • Blend
  • Enjoy!
